Common denial reasons
- Major appliance issues reported after 48 hours
- Special orders (20% restocking fee may apply)
- No proof of purchase and verification declined
Refund delayed playbook
- Check whether the refund went to the original card or store credit — no-receipt returns default to credit.
- Mail-in refunds start when the return center scans the package.
